How may I make a purchase?

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept PayPal, cheques, wire transfers.

 

How is sales tax organized?

Tax is calculated on a case by case basis, depending on where you live. 

 

I’d like to return my purchase, what do I do?

Purchases are returnable only within one week of purchase for the same artist credit only. Return shipping expenses are the responsibility of the purchaser.

What is your shipping policy?

We will provide you with a shipping quote. 

 

Do you ship internationally?

Yes.

 

Are the artworks insured?

Yes, you may select to have the artwork insured when setting up shipping with us.

 

What about multiple purchases/shipments?

This depends on which pieces you are purchasing. Since art is being shipped from different studio locations around the United States, an order placed through Art des Femmes for multiple works of art will not ensure that the art pieces are delivered together. Each unique piece has its own shipping-time estimates.

Does the art come framed or unframed?

It varies. This will be indicated in the description of each individual work of art. If you need guidance with framing a painting sold unframed, we can assist with that.

Not at the moment. Art will continue to be sold and shipped as usual.
